Ship To Locations
Currently, our system will only allow us to ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and territories. At the present time, we are unable to ship to countries outside the US.
Shipping Rates
For most items, we offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. For orders totaling $1 - $49.99, standard shipping is only $7.00. Some items we carry may offer express shipping. If express shipping is available on an item, it will be noted in the product description and/ or on the cart/ checkout pages.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Where possible, and when available, the weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Item(s) must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Damage Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and Contact Us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exclusions and Non-refundable
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example, custom products (such as special orders or items that have been personalized with personal information such as names, personal messages, etc.), sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to Contact Us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European 14-day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
